How we Operate
The initial consultation is complimentary. I will work with your schedule to arrange a portfolio viewing.
It is ideal for me to see the interior you are interested in addressing so we may take into account ceiling
height, wall length, special architectural features, obstacles, and your furnishings. This will also help
determine which finishes will best suit your space and reflect your style.
Quotes will be worked up in 3-5 business days and are good for 30 days. Prices are based upon cost of
materials, labor, equipment, travel time, scope of project, and our expertise. Project guidelines, liability,
and limitations are clearly outlined in the bid. Once terms are agreed upon, the clients' and/or designers'
signature is required on the contract. This contract protects the client and prevents any miscommunication.
Once you have received your quote, and you are ready to proceed forward with your project, you may
wish to request sample boards. Once, sample boards have been approved, there is a 50% deposit
required to hold space on our calendar. The final 50% is due upon completion of the project.
If the total is a sum larger than $10,000, payments may be made into 3 draws.
We accept cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard.
Sample Boards
Pattern will gladly work up samples/sketches, per your request. Samples and sketches
are $50/each. Samples are to be handled gently and returned following an acceptable decision making period.
Damage or loss of samples will result in a $75 charge. All samples and sketches are copyrighted
and remain the property of Pattern throughout the project. I generally deliver samples within 5-7
business days following the request. After the samples are approved, your space is ready to undergo
its transformation!
Referrals
Pattern welcomes your referrals. If you refer Pattern to any new booked client,
We will issue a $100 gift certificate to be used on future projects with us, in appreciation of your support.
Cancellation Policy
Once a deposit has been given, in the event that you must cancel a scheduled project, there is a 10% cancellation fee. Please give at least a two week notice. All other monies will be refunded.
Touch Up Policy
Accidents do happen, if you need any touch-ups, please call and schedule.
The charge is $50/hour with a $100 minimum.
